  2. 14 trial days, starting when you activate on Stripe.
  3. After the 14-day trial, 5 USD per home per month, automatically renewed. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first payment. Stripe shows dates and the amount before you confirm.

A few answers, before you start.

Is WhatsApp required?

No. Guests can open the guide and chat in their browser. WhatsApp is an optional alternative.

Does each home need a WhatsApp number?

No. Guestalis uses a shared number. Each home’s link prepares a message with its code; the guest sends that message to identify their stay.

What happens when an answer is missing?

The assistant is instructed to use your guide and refer guests to their host when information is missing. The question appears in your workspace so you can review the conversation and improve the guide.

How do I manage several homes?

Each home has its own guide, link and subscription. Find them in My workspace and open the one you want to manage.

When does billing start?

Creating an account and preparing a guide are free. Activate each home separately through Stripe, where trial terms, the first payment date and amount are shown before confirmation.

Does the demo really work?

Yes. Browse the guide and ask the AI your own questions. Maison Olive and its codes are fictional; the places around Avignon are real and have source links.
